Award-winning Service and Strategy Designer with over 7 years of experience in design for innovation, technology, and sustainability.
After 6 years in Europe, I am returning to Brazil with a strong background in design thinking and a master’s degree in Service Design from Politecnico di Milano.
I currently focus on identifying pain points and opportunities, developing prototypes, and facilitating workshops, always aiming for comprehensive and effective solutions that drive business results.
